Commonwealth Property Management has been providing professional property management services for over 25 years. We currently manage in Sonoma, Marin, Lake, and Mendocino Counties. We are extremely proud of our customer service and low client turnover rate as our team works very hard to continually meet the evolving needs of our clients.
For our Home Owners Associations we strive to build, maintain and evolve our close working relationships with the Board of Directors in order to implement a variety of management services. We offer excellent customer to homeowners that call in and are in need of support. Our team is highly trained and very organized. They offer the highest level of skill and expertise to each property they manage. All property managers are supported by the Owner, Vallen Cooper who personally has over 40 years experience in the property management field. She holds the coveted distinction of "Professional Community Assocation Manager" (PCAM ) through Community Associations Institute. Vallen is also an appointed member of the Institute of Real Estate Mangement (IREM) National Ethics Committee and is currently designated a "Certified Property Manager" with that organization. Chad Cooper is also a designated Property Manager and several members of the team are also working on becoming certified and continue education so we can provide our customers with the most experienced staff available.
